Silver Oaks, located in Menlo Park, looks like a small B&B from the outside, offering an inviting front patio, the outline of a brick fireplace, and lush greenery.  Inside you will find that we have big plans for the remodel of Silver Oaks.  Features will include removal of interior walls to provide more open spaces, updated decor, and relocating staff offices together to the first floor to provide better coordination. What we don't plan on changing is the Caring Staff who have been providing responsible, concerned care for decades

For over 30 years, The Reyes family has been actively involved in Senior Living and is continuously seeking innovative approaches to Memory Care. Their family and team members work to provide a safe, engaging, and comfortable, environment for their residents.

• We have a specialized program for Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Individuals without proper care can be a danger to themselves and others. Silver Oaks has a specialized program - the Aviator Care Plan - which promotes memory focused activities and provides residents with trained caregivers who are dedicated to understanding and navigating the challenges of memory loss and related safety concerns.

Silver Oaks is CDC guidance compliant and is working above and beyond to keep both residents and care teams safe during this time, to help provide new ways to support the physical and social interactions of residents and to maintain a thriving community.
